When you attempt to use the App Store, you get “Your Apple ID has been disabled”
Here is the solution:
Select iTunes Store
Select Connecting to iTunes Store…
Answer OS, Version, Country and Describe as “Apple ID is disabled”
Enter your Apple ID and Password
Provide your contact info and enter the following note:
I can log on to the Apple website to manage my account and all the information is correct, but I get “Your Apple ID has been disabled” when I try to get something from App Store on my iPhone.
Within 24 hours, Apple will send you an email requesting some information. Reply with the requested info and they will resolve the issue. Resolution may take another 24 hours.
