2009 05 18 – The signal is terrible. If there is a cloud in the sky, any channel over 100 is choppy. My DVR is now dead. My contract will not expire until October 15, 2009. I am counting the days. I hate DirecTV. If they replace the DVR, it extends my lousy service 2 more years. If I cancel before Oct 15, it’ll cost me up to $360. I guess it’s their best way to retain customers, trap them.
